fyi, if you drive your evo in the winter, make sure you undercoat the back of car. there's hardly any undercoat at the rear subframe and behind it. cantor's car was all rotted out back there where the rear subframe is. it had to be patched before it passed inspection.

I almost took the Evo out on Sunday around noon. Glad I took the truck as some intersections were bad on the back roads. Would have plowed up the rest that the big plow left behind.

Above the rear upper control arms there's a bad spot along the subframe rail. I saw a video on youtube by that /DRIVE channel about sand or soda blasting. Think that would be the best way to remove rust? or a die grinder? Removing the rear crossmember would make it a hell of a lot easier.
