My wife just got a job promotion that is going to be moving us to RI in about 8 weeks. We're from Michigan where there is no emission testing or front license plates. Im curious what kind of testing is done and are guys doing any ecu flashing to get through the tests? I'm currently looking around for another evo or gsx to start building for a company car but don't want to deal with the state if its a major hassle.

Thanks for the info and I look forward to meeting the evo/dsm crowd out there. Ive never been further east of philly and that was only to buy an evo. Otherwise Ohio is the furthest east.
