I wouldn't waste my time looking for evo-related stuff on vacation/Holiday, especially on my honeymoon. There is really nothing special about visiting an evo shop around here, your time would be better spent visiting landmarks.

While Feb might not be the best time to visit the falls, you might want to get a visa to visit the Canadian side, it's a lot cleaner and cheaper. Personally, I'd try to save a Northeast trip for mid spring.

I'm really not a touristy kinda person to be honest. I like to see things behind the scenes if you get me.

The mrs and I really like the look of the north east so we wasn't to see how we'd fit into society if we were to emigrate. Cars are a massive part of our lifestyle here in the uk so I wanted to see how things happen over there.

On the niagra thing, we are booked into a hotel on the Canadian side so that's not a problem.

Thanks for your advise !

It might be a stretch but if you're going to be in the NYC area I have quite a few friends with pretty unique builds you might be interested in meeting. We can always organize a meet around then if you'd like to attend one.

the Kangamangus highway in New Hampshire (NH112) is one of the best drives you'll take in the northeast. Last time i was up there camping, my fiance and i saw a porsche club doing a "spirited drive" down the 30-40 mile stretch of awesome bends.

That'd be really cool. I'm always interested to see people projects etc.

We're in NYC on the 15th for 4 days. We don't get our hire car until the last day though so may need to get a taxi or something to meet you guys.

We might have to check that out. Although the hire car we have booked at the mo is a 4x4. I was going to ask to upgrade to something sporty but I'm unsure of the weather ?

Stick with the 4x4 for sure. Already lots of snow and ice. The White Mountain Nation Forrest area is a beautiful spot to visit this time of year but the roads won't be in any condition for any sort of motorsporting activity.
