Can you depress the three climate control buttons without having them get stuck?

Hi... yes mine also pops up top if I press harder in the bottom and I also has the buttons problem - the hole is just too tight and I'll have to dremel or sand it a bit to get more clearance. I can't believe Scotts is a perfect fit
Anyways, I believe if it's properly tightened it wouldn't move both at the top or the bottom. I'm still to see what can be done about that. The idea of tightening it with only 2 screws in the bottom doesn't thrill me.
Unfortunately I don't have too much time to play with it and the weather doesn't server me either.

Problem solved guys.... I just adjusted the way I tightened the screws(not all the way in) and used the double sided tape as Scot indicated. Mounts perfectly nothing pops out and the climate control buttons are functional.
