If i were the guy and i found you attractive, id have pulled over and chatted. I guess he was gay?

hahaha you know me all too well...

Nobody has ever offered me a ride! I'm so jealous. To think... I'm positive nobody wants it more than I do, and yet they are the ones getting rides. You need to start driving where I do.

ps- i think i love you.
I spent awhile scouting out the ideal route in that area, and then I practiced it to death. I got a pretty good feel for what they are saying when they put up those suggested corner speeds. Plus, I've got a lot of drive time in the twisties. And following another car always makes it easier. I've grown rather proficient in sliding around FWD cars since that's what I had to work with. In my opinion pulling the ebrake isn't that big of a deal. It's rudimentary slideways tactics, and in that stock civic hatch it was the only way to get it to rotate and counter the nasty understear. It's not like I was drifting or anything. But thanks for the compliment!

Do you really know the area? It was somewhere east of Multnomah Falls off I-84. what roads have you been up in those parts? And where do you live on the coast? I spent the first 16 years of my life in the North Bend/Coos Bay area and I'm gonna be moving to Reedsport in a few weeks. Back when I lived down there I wasn't a car person so I payed little attention to the roads. In a drivers mind it's all new to me. So if you know of any good playgrounds I sure would appreciate you sharing some road names with me.

ps - i think i love you too. honest, it has nothing to do with your car

Hehehe.... You got an Evo and you stop me and wave me into your car, I am all yours. You can have all my stuff, but I don't have anything as good as what you got.

OK, you come to me first though. And I get to drive your car back to your place. Oh, and you'll support me so I don't have to work. I get to drive the car while you're working and you give me a tank of gas a day. It's a small tank so that's not too much to ask is it?

Well I spend a lot of time on the twisties. I use to do the twisties all the time on my bike now I do it with the Evo. I tear up around Skyline and Germantown pretty much everday on the way home from work, but it wasn't me...I drive a Silver Evo. If you ever see a Silver Evo around the Beaverton or Portland area, wave em down...it might be me...I'll say HI!

I bought my Tarmac '04 in July so it couldn't have been me, but I had some civic follow me on I-5 up in that area in august and I took off on an exit and I was followed forever. Was it you following another Evo? . Good luck in finding that guy!
No, I wish it was me but it wasn't. The civic was just a loaner and I gave it back somwhere in June or July. But if you were ever followed by a red Mazda with a yellow racing stripe, or a grey delivery van, that would be me. Was it a girl in the civic that followed you? Actually, I did get the civic again for one weekend in early August. I follow every Evo I find, gas and work permitting. But if it was a long distance thing I would remember, so that probably wasn't me.
Sorry, I'm a bit jealous that someone got to follow you along and I didn't.
