I knocked off my first 2 years towards becoming a CPA. 3 more to go. I stopped because I had to earn money. They always said "do what you love". I decided It's not reasonable to attempt to be a rally car driver for cash, and i don't want my car to smell like pizza. Honestly, I don't want to spend 8 hours a day away from my car. So i became a courier. I love my job! I don't really think I have writing skills. I think I just feel things that other people do, but I put them into words. I don't know what you mean by hoping I got something in the works. Explain?
I've been married long enough for it to count. Why do you ask?

Are these the only twisties you play in? Honestly, they aren't that great. Germantown would be great naked, but it almost never is. And it's gotten so much attention in the last few years that cops up there aren't exactly a rarity. I've found some good places between Hillsboro/Cornelius and Sherwood/Newberg, but they all pale in comparison to what i've found on the east side between Troutdale and Sandy. That stuff is so good it's worth the drive.
Well that's funny I live in Tanasbourne as well, in fact I live in Palladia. I'm surprised you haven't seen a Silver Evo running around that area. I pretty much leave for work in the early mornings of 6am and head home about 4pm so you wouldn't see me in the mornings but I do take pretty much the same route you do up Cornelius Pass to Germantown to the bridge and the take it back home again.

Germantown and Skyline aren't the only twisties I play on they just happen to be the only fun route to and from work. I know a lot of good twisties all through NW Oregon from riding motorcycles but I have yet to repeat them with the Evo. Sherwood/Newberg twisties are great, not a whole lot of traffic, taken it many of times.

Did you get rid of the black rims? Why would you want to do that?

I'm not that great of a driver. I wont be winning any ralies any time soon. But if I could drive your car I'd sure be getting closer. That would be nice! If I could do that I'd write you a tale that would put Penthouse to shame.
man i went to your livejournal thing last night... that stuff's addicting...

and yes, i got rid of the black rims last week. sold em to a gent in boston w/a black evo. i kind of miss em, but i think it's time to move on... thinking about gold or bronze.

i let anyone i trust drive my car; clearly you have more than enough seat time, so if you were around, i'd see no problem w/ tossing you the keys. also remember, just cuz we all own evos doesn't mean we're all fantastic drivers we just love to drive, which is, IMO, the most important thing to being an enthusiast

You're mean, ya know that? These other guys would have stopped and taken me for a ride. But not you. No, you had to string me along and then leave me hanging. Was I not attractive enough for you? Are you gay? You could see me but I couldn't see you. Do you know how vulnerable that makes me? I'm already weaker, underpowered, inferior,..... you stopped to let me catch up so you can't act like you didn't know. How cruel are you? Did you laugh when I couldn't keep up with you? Do you even live up there or were you just taking me there to screw with me? Ya know, I wrote about you and as a result of it found a lot of really cool Evo guys. People that would have been a lot cooler in the same situation than you were. I can't say i didn't love our experience, but if I could have got in that car i would have loved it a whole lot more.

I still love your car, and I like the way you drive, but I don't know about the rest of you.
You hit the nail in the head.

Yes I'm gay.

As much as I'd love to I just can't make it. I have to leave town every weekend and don't come back here 'till sunday night. If you can make it here on a weekday I'll do everything in my power to get in your car!

Silver huh? I've seen a red one in our parts a few times. But never you. If you take off up there at 6am I'm willing to take off early just to catch a glimpse. Although I'm sure it would suck for me. I'm currently stuck in a Geo metro with studded front tires. I'm sure that will come in handy eventually but for now it screws up everything I know about how to make a car slide around. That thing is so unpredictable it isn't worth the risk. So if I park in that gravel patch by Germantown/Skyline some day before 6am am I likely to watch you drive by?

Hehehe,.... livejournal will suck you in. Just wait till you get one of your own. Then everytime something cool happens you want to run back to your lj and post about it to share with other people. It's not prose,... it's just babbeling. Ya know i have a great fondness for the black cars with the gold/bronze rims. But i was a rally freak before this country got the WRX. And once we did get it the fondness for those rims became implanted in my brain. I was an STi girl before I chased that Evo. I was kinda leaning towards the Evo but my Subaru loyalty kept me on their side. After that day it all changed. The Evo is just too amazing in too many ways. The 6 speed factor is a big deal to me though. I've had a 6 speed. Once you've had one of those everything else feels like it's missing a gear.

Ever had those moments where you feel the need to shift, stear, and ebrake all at the same time? That's when I want paddle shifting. I love to grab that knob and all,... I mean, I really love that! But i feel the need for 3 simultaneuous actions and I only have 2 hands. I wish i could get the functionality of the ebrake transfered to a toggle switch on the steering wheel. One that would return to the off position when when it wasn't being moved. So I could just kinda tap it,... flik it. That would be dreamy!

I don't really wanna give up the knob. I love the knob!
