may be the last auto x at deep river,don't know. owner says we can use as long as he owns it, but dont know how long that will be. WSDOT has moved thier projected start date for construction back to 2007 and no new court date has been set as of 2/20 so may get again. if so will be may or june. club will be co-hosting autocross with WMC @PIR june 10th as part of rose cup races. as to bible creek, looks like I am going to be the event chair so I will keep you posted

Ok just so there is no confusion Bible Creek Hillclimb is August 5-6 Tillamook OR (OK Beaver but close enough to call it the Big T besides who the hell knows where Beaver OR is)

only one reason to go over bible creek behave yourself, no fire trucks out there to pull you out now.
Anyway, good news for all the local cone chasers WDOT was turned down last week by the judge , so Deep River is ours at least for the rest of the summer and prolly next year too. see you on the 18/19 March.

we got about 3 inches of snow at my place. crazy stuff. i have been living in the area for over 12 yrs, and never seen this, especially in mid-march.

i made the meeting the other day, and then had a brew afterwards with a guy from seaside in a new STI. (about a month old) he is pretty interested in making a trip to the dragstrip once the weather clears a bit. also he said he hopes to be around for the autoX on the 19th of this month. seemed like a nice guy.
