if they know that an employee joy rode your car, and they fired him for it, id assume they would take responsablity.

this is a tough one. from a business stand point. if your this far into it id talk with a lawyer, otherwise just fix your own car.

sucks that speedware is trying to make it look like your fault, if you ask me they are a bunch of *********

 

Get a good lawyer. Court sucks, but you should be OK. They already admitted fault (they fired the mechanic for joy riding) and told you about it. Document everything that has happened (dates, time, who you talked to and what they said).

Like I said, they already admitted that their machanic took your car without authorization. Then it blow up a couple days later. That, along with the information from your mechanic should get you a new engine. Good luck.
