I'm a Quitter...(Unoffical Start to EVOM Quitters Month)

Ok so im tooting my own horn..
I finally made the decesion to quit smoking and lose the weight....
Im bored at work, out of smokes, fending for something so I started typing here instead..
anyways.. ... ok I Guess I should get back to work.. this sucks.. man do I want a smoke now.. funny didn't want one reallly when i was smoking. Now that Im starting my first day without them I really really really want one.. What with that
Anyways, back to work for me...

I have tried this, doesn't work for me. I am able to make it most of the week without smoking but I always seem to start again on the weekends when I with my friends, damn I have low self control.

I hear yah.. its hard, I've tried several times, I even quit for almost a year.... i guess im just ready to do this now...

at least this will get better. its been several years since I tried to quit... I dont' remember feeling all crapy and antsy like this.. but oh well.... it could be worse i could be getting the snip snip again.. NOW THAT SUCKED....
