First off hpf doesnt do service work, secondly wtf vishnu... they wouldnt even rebuild a 2.0 motor that threw a rod on their dyno.
I think your talking about tqf, but Im pretty sure they havent done any dsm strokers. For dsms in the nw, its english racing, nick drake, pina, or rrev.

try ILLTECH in tacoma one of there techs has some ungodly ammount of knowledge about anythign automotive and i wouldnt trust anyone else working on my car
