May 21 (Drive to MT. ST. Helens)

I have one question. Who thinks this drive is unorginized? What different could I do to keep it in check? Any Ideas. I've tried to keep it as simple as possible. I think people just need to know how to filter out the garbage. My original plan was to have a nice small drive of Evo's. Mainly would have been NWE and freinds that usally hang out with us. Supermac wanted us to all join on the drive together with the Mazda group that was having the drive the same day. I thaught that was fine. I just dont have the room on my property for around 30+ cars. So I changed the starting point for the drive to the Wallmart hear in Chehalis. Big parking lot and easy to find. I have posted what time we will be leaving and the route and the final destionation point. ( Johnston Ridge ). I also said I will have maps and go over the route again before we leave for the drive. As far as for BBQ afterwords. Going to be for NWE and freinds. Dont have the room for everyone, Sorry. I even scouted the drive to make sure nothing has changed on the route. If their is any thing else that I should have done let me know. I'm still learning. I know we will have a good turn out. Should be lots of fun. Cant wait to see everyone. Thanks

The drive should take 3 hours round trip + 1 hour to stop at the mountain to check it out. PM me for address or call me (360) 880-6749. I know their are a couple groups meeting both North and South to caravan down to the meeting point.

Having teams is overdoing it. We need to just all get together and drive there. Forget teams, forget clicks, whatever, just drive and enjoy the nice day.
Personally, I was wanting this to be an NWE only drive, but whatever the majority wants is what is going to happen.

Ok this was the same **** that went down with the cruise NWDSM put on. Certain people take ones post and spread it throughout the forums. If a cruise leader wants that group there, then its obvious to me that he would post it in that forum.
A meet posted on EVOM is obviously for evos. If it was a subaru meet it gets posted in the subaru forum, not the mazda forum. If its a DSM event then its for DSMs. IF you dont have one of the cars that the meet is for then ****ing ride with somebody who has that car.

The only cars I will be leading are Evo's. Cant stop what anyone else does. Jeff BBQ after is for NWE. BRING SOME FOOD!!!!!! By the way you fired me earliar. Dont know from what. I think it was grill master. Have fun flipping burgers.

I finally read this whole thread and I must say that in order to get to Chehalis by 10 a.m., we need to leave Tacoma (McDonalds at the 512/I5 interchange) at 9 a.m. So, please be there by 8:45 a.m. if you want to caravan from Tacoma. It takes about an hour to get to Chehalis. There are so many people trying to get times out, and they are not even taking travel time into consideration. Can we please get this organized enough so that people aren't late and confused
