I installed my exhaust by myself, using jackstands to lift the car.

I found it was easiest to jack up the passenger side of the car and hold it up with both jackstands on the passenger side. I used the "pinch" points near each tire. That gave me good enough clearance to move along the underside of the car and do the entire exhaust. The exhaust doesn't run dead-center down the middle of the car, so it made sense to lift just the passenger side.

It's a little annoying working 6" in front of your face, but it's do-able. Good luck.
