Any car can be faster, better handling, more hp, ect. than the next car. it all depends on how much money you have. bottom line

But I still wouldn't mind having an EVO.

Says the man with much money into his FXT.

Dood that would be awesome. but could you do it as a whole package.

ie, driveline, engine, suspension, the works so that is was completely a sleeper and not just a straight line car for the same price as a EVO? i doubt it. only because you would have a lot of custom stuff with the metro, but would be really cool.

i know of a few 330 whp vw bugs. lol, they are really fast

I don't own either. but Evo>STI is obvious but the sti just has a nicer look inside and out (pre06 but 06 is growing on me). If i ever decide to by one, the #1 reason for me to buy the evo is cost of parts to make it faster. if the interior of the evo was just a bit nicer, there would be no question in my mind which one to buy.

sti exhaust sound > all

i owned a few subaru variants and the veedub r32....the only car i truely miss enought to pick up as a second car is the r32 just becuase im a sucker for eurotrash and the rasp of the VR. i will admit i miss the boxer exhaust note and the tranny in the sti....but i dont think i could give up my RS.

bottom line is we all have sick cars that we could only lust over the internet for what 4.5 years ago. if one car is better i(stock) its either by a RCH or perception.

I had a suby WRX with JDM 2.0 sti swap and the evo is just an all around better car in my opinion (but everything else on mycar was just wrx parts).

If we all wanted straight line spped let get a old POS mirage and put a 4g63 with a huge turbo in it thats the way to go...but a geo would be nice too
