Good Shops for tunes etc.

Hey I am a new Evo IX owner and I would like to know where you guys around the western washington area got your tuning and some installs done. Any info would be great. Thanks

i go to VTR up in everett, they just installed my stech, very happy with their work. they do great jobs on import cars, full lift shops with air tools and etc. i know they've done plenty of sti's and evos too, so they know their stuff.

ive heard some bad things about extreme auto salon but never been so, go at your own risk i guess...and there is this guy who works at speedline....drives a red boosted ek hatch and thinks he the fastest thing on 4 wheels, watch out for that guy...LOL! just playin zol you know i love ya HAHA!

Run away. I've fixed their "work" before. During an engine swap on a DSM they CUT the coolant temp and o2 sensor wires (which have plugs that are easily undone) and wired the coolant temp signal to the o2 signal. It's quite possibly the stupidest thing I've ever seen anyone do on an engine swap.

i have seen some really ugly wiring from them done to a 1jz swapped ole school supra..i would not recommend

I know its a little far but horsepower fraks and torque freaks in portland are awesome and they have great prices.

I agree PDX and matrxi are awesome but more subaru guys...they did my wrx but they do work on evos and have an AWD dyno
