piping is custom made out of stainless steel the tune is dead on ..im thinking my intake and my injectors might be at there max duty cycle at 33lbs of boost lol and my maf is going nuts with the airflow ...all more stuff for me to work on.

so whats next then? Speed density? Maf Translator Pro?

Also...how high are we going to push this stock block given increased flow was available? Also it would be nice to see what your fuel pressure was and what your duty cycles were on your injectors as you mentioned.

just out of curiousity, did you guys add pistons & rods when u built the car?? if not that would explain why your torque isn't higher. there was a guy in az who had a similar setup & made 530whp & 399TQ. his motor blew 6 hours later cuz he was using stock pistons/rods running a 35R. a stock 2L just dsn't have enuff huff 2 move that turbo unless u run the smaller .63A/R & get bigger cams (280's or higher with at least 11.8mm lift) & a fully built head.

like i said just curious. 500 is a very nice #, but TORQUE is how u pass people on the freeway...

the block is running the arp headstuds and connecting rod bolts and hks cams 272 / 272 ..everything seems to be holding great i only drive the car at the track ...lol its my wife's car so she drives it normally and she never drives into boost {thumb up} but i'm just going by the setup Dave and jarod buschur recommends...i asked nick if i should upgrade the pistons and rods and he said no as long as i don't push over 500hp all the time and stay around 450whp i should be fine

i wish u the best. i've seen cars blow up with ALOT LESS power than that. usually the rods go 1st, then pistons, followed by head gasket.

if u add a 2.4L block (100mm stroke vs stock 87) & a MoTeC ECU to your setup, u could easily make over 600hp/500tq RELIABLY...
