Evo 9 RS or IX

What new prices have people been getting with the RS and IX...

I really want a IX with sound leather and HId packages.

does anyone know of a mitsubishi that sells IX's for 30k with those?

is it worth to settle for a RS now and just wait a bit then trade up for a IX in the future.

I really want to buy new, and I dont think there will be many IX's for sale soon.
