Dave`s Next Drive Aug 12th
Ok so I guess i will just make the plans. I want to do a St Helens run. The St Helens runs are always fun and i know the roads pretty well. There are plenty of nice twisty roads and plenty of nice straight roads as well.
Here is a rough idea of what im thinking.
Ok so im thinking... meet up at the vancouver mall 10:30ish, then we head up 503 to the windy ridge area (daves last drive we couldnt get in for some reason), and then on the way back we make a short side step and hit up Lower river falls picnic area. then head south on wind ridge into stevenson and then over on hwy 14 back into vancouver.
here is a map of the drive and some pics to get an idea of things.

we can start a list if you like. but i already know that there is about 20 people planning to show for this thing. We always get a nice crowd for these runs. People just need to know that we are meeting up in the Vancouver mall JC Penny parking lot around 10:30. then we will head out around 11:30.

lol sweet. although its always fun times when you can pull over for a breather every 10 miles or so. lol and then get yelled at by passing vans.
