SO anyone want to give me a short drive in there car?
Anyone have any CO setups that compare to Ohlins quality & ride?

Yes! Well almost...they are on the fed-ex truck and keep trying to deliver when I am not home. I bought the R/T setup with swift springs 8k front/7k rear. I will have them on this weekend one way or another.

800lbs front springs? You got to let me know how it is on crappy Seattle roads.
8k is roughly 450lbs on the front, and roughly 390lbs on the rear. The stock ohlins springs are 250lbs(4.4k) front and 310lbs(5.5k) rear. On most of the tracks and roads out here I don't think super high springs rates are of any benefit. I had 750/900lbs springs on my S4 and I felt it didn't improve the handling and made it worse in some ways. For reference my stock JIC coilovers where 10k front and 9k rear (I think), and it was a bit on the stiff side for the street, but worked pretty well on the track. My second set of JIC's were much softer(muellerized), but maybe too much so. I have another set of JIC's still in the works that I'll hopefully be able to try out sometime soon.
Let me know if you want a ride, I'm going to try it out with the swift springs first.

I agree in WA we need softer springs (& better dampening), especially if your going to PR.
Ah right. Sorry, I didn't make the connection.
