yes please! no front plate is such a stupid gimmie for a cop to pull people over, usually followed by the "tint too dark" and "exhaust too loud" citations.

This is in WA, correct? Anybody know if there's anything like this in OR? I haven't had a front plate on any of my cars since like 1999, and I have been pulled over twice in all that time for it. I was given one stupid ticket which I got out of by making it look like I put a front plate on my car even though I never did.

I haven't drilled my bumper yet, but I guess I should just to avoid getting nailed for something more serious

Does anybody know what it takes to get something on the ballot here in Oregon? I'd love for that law to pass here...

well here in roseburg, lots of people get harrassed for that, but i have stopped and asked a few officers and they said that if i put a plate on the front it would cover the intercooler and that could harm the car, and since it didnt come with a front mount plate then i shouldnt have to drill holes in the bumper jsut to put a plate on. plus i asked our circut court judge if i need to have a front mount plate and he said yes, then i asked if he had one drilled into his bumper on his viper acr?? he told me not to worry about a front mount plate!!

So what are you gonna say to the cop that pulls you over?? "The judge said I didn't have to officer!!!" Let's see if that works!
