Here's my itinerary.
I will be arriving in Portland at 2pm on Friday, Nov. 3. I spoke to Mark @ TF, and he said that I can tune 2 cars on Friday. This will alleviate the schedule a little bit for Saturday.
I recommend that egrant or any of the other guys on the list that are close (or want to be in Portland on Friday) be tuned on Friday.
Saturday, Torque Freaks will open up at 930am, so be there SHARP! They want to be done ASASP, so PLEASE make sure your cars are in good working order and all we have to worry about is the tuning.
Post up so we can start solidifying the schedule.
Thanks!

Just to reiterate a bit more on the importance that your car is in good running order due to the tight schedule.
Before your car is strapped down you will pay $95 to TF, and once your Evo is strapped down, consider it a non refundable at that point.
Mechanical failure or issues with your car may be dealt with on the dyno at a minimum but if it is clear you may not get a full tune please understand that and allow others to go ahead if the issue is not resolved quickly.
YES this does mean that you need to pay again if you are strapped down again (however unlikely the chance might be)
A couple of things you might think of bringing with you
1) All fluids
2) New set of plugs
3) Race gas (will will have 114 octane leaded, 100 Street Blaze, and methanol on hand however)
Also KEEP in mind to check the clearances on your exhausts to your rear bumper!!!!!! When you are doing a pull on the dyno the car shifts weight to the rear which causes a "squatting" motion which in some cases has caused bumpers to melt. We attempt to put heat wrap around it but during prolonged tuning sessions it is something to watch for.
You have been warned. Majority of aftermarket exhaust systems are fine, or if you have a carbon fiber piece around the exhaust port but its just an important note to keep in mind.
That about covers it. Please figure out who wants to get tuned on Friday afternoon and schedule it with Jestr. We will be hard pressed on saturday to get all the cars done even with 9 so the 11 in the day will be out of the question. So a couple need to step up.
Thanks for listening to the drone but its all good to know before hand.
