Your going to need to properly flow test the manifold if you build it yourself. Otherwise you might end up loosing power....thats why buying the full race/AMS/ETS/Buschur/<insert good pro shop here> takes some of that testing away since they've done some tests on it.

Be interesting to see none the less though.

Your issue with the turbo is EVO 8 to EVO 9 101. It's basic, that's the first thing you address when fitting a EVO 9 turbo on an EVO 8. The guys at Works screwed you, that sucks. Hopefully you get everything sorted out for the next turbo.

yeah, pretty much came to the same conclusion ... still waiting to hear from WORKS if/what they will do about it, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm not disputing that chris, but I'm an engineer by profession. And any real engineer will tell you that anyone can build anything. But if you don't test it properly and adjust it based on those results you could actually end up hurting things instead of making it better.

You might do it and it flows better (what we hope for ), you might do it and it breaks even (a good result ), or you do it and it flows worse (bad result). We won't know until you do it.

So chop chop .

His day will be at Drift Office again on their dynojet. Sucks for me cause I just don't want to take off the under tray and they won't let me run with it on so....
