These forums have a lot of bad words to say about WORKS, but I can vouch that on my experience with them, once I contacted them myself instead of the 3rd party vendor I was dealing with things got straightened out quickly. +1 on customer service!

Sorry about your situation, hopefully it will all get rectified. I purchased this manifold as well (work of art). I will be mating it to a "Green". Looking forward to the results. I had mine coated to add an extra touch.

I used to have a really good relationship with those guys too; I mean I spent almost $10k on parts and labor with them, and they did give me a partial sponsorship at one point. I still think that WORKS parts are some of the best quality you can find, but there is no denying that they fubar'd this install pretty thoroughly. I'd even be willing to forgive them for that (nobody is perfect), but what really ticks me off is that they are unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake.

Their promise of a factory-matched warranty on install & parts is part of the reason why I was never bothered by their higher prices compared to other vendors. Only now that I actually need that warranty, they are very unwilling to step up to the plate, leaving me thoroughly disappointed so far. I'm sorry to say that their so called warranty has turned out to be little but marketing bs in my experience. So 99/100 points for parts, but a couple thousand minus for customer service or truth in advertising ...

I've been thinking I might go that same route if I have to replace the turbo out of my own pocket. Did you have to upgrade your injectors to run the green? That's my only hesitation, my car was pretty well sorted out (except for software) before this happened, and I don't want to get into another round of supporting mods. Let us know how it feels after you put it all together

Going with PTE 780 injectors. I will posting a thread on my results, but that will be later on once everything is all put together.

Your going to need bigger injectors if you want to get the most out of that green void, assuming your still running the stockers.
