stock EVO beats 500whp STI

had some buddies ask to post this here..

watch the left gauge... fuel pressure...

hopefully i can get this damn fueling issue sorted out soon.

the ECU thinks it is a good thing to shut off the fuel pump and the injectors at random times.... we replicated it on the dyno, so we have the logs... really weird to see the volt meter read 12.98 volts to 4 volts all of a sudden...

the Fueling issue is with the STI.

i am using the Utec over the COBB AP.

as well as a speed density tune with a 5bar MAP sensor. i am useing the MAF for idle only. everything else is on a MAP based tune. originally we thought it might be the fuel pump, so i up graded to a Buschur super duty fuel pump. same problem.

hopefully the issue should get resovled this weekend, then i will be shooting for 10`s next season

all the hard ware is 100%

pretty sure it is in the MAP vs MAF set up issue

justchil:

i know the guy i ran against, well somewhat. he is always at the track and we normally BS. thought he would like to see it.

for me going to the track isnt about beating the car next to you, it is about beating yourself. and getting better
