Had to go check the "Thank You" card and the tech was Chris Coons. Real cool guy.

I stumbled across this thread looking for some recommendations on where to take my IX MR. I've been trying to deal with Walker Mitsubishi but to date I have been unable to get the service department to call me back. I've been going back and forth with them for almost three weeks and am extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

I'll be heading to Mountain Mitsu tomorrow, thanks for the tip folks.

hey for all of you that read this thread I just started at courtesy a little why ago
a my background comes from high performance shops in texas and utah i now work for courtesy as a mitsu tech i was trained on mitsus by a tech from korum randy brown anyways the other tech that works here is like 60 years old and old school as hell i however am mod friendly and try my hardest not to get a rep involved in any altered vehicle because that is when all things go to crap anyways
try giving me a chance i promise a happy ending my name is luis ask for me by name understand though here in the dealership world somethings are out of are hands and controlled by corp or the mitsu rep sorry about the bad rep we are trying to fix it least i'am

thanks value sorry about your wing bro I have to admit they did kinda drop the ball there.. We got a new general manager who is seems to be seeing things my way after i explained to him how many customers he is going to lose for being anti-mod and trying to void eveyones warranty for dumbsh#t but i also have to admit Ray M. and Chris Coons are awesome tech been the game along time and
no there stuff I've gone to quiet a few classes at there dealership, plus i wish we had something like works going on at our anyways anyone ever runs into a problem and needs to come my way just ask for me at the service and now i work sat.. not by choice lol. plus yeah thats some bull on your ground system the mitsu tech that is triple master certified there is hella old school he about to retire though anyways gotta bounce for the holiday everyone have a good one

Thanks for the post and Happy Holiday's to you !! You've got alot of work ahead to change the mindset there. Good luck. Having come from a Acura/Nissan backround they didn't care what mods you were running. My TL block cracked after only 9K and it was soooo much different how they treated me conpared to and I'm only asking for small stuff not a whole small block. No 3rd degree everytime you visit. Do they treat the Mustang guys the same why there ?

I bought my car at Walker Mitsu in Renton, been taking it there for the 2 services I've had so far in 8k miles, anyone have any experience with them? I keep bugging their general service manager when I'm in there about what I can and can't do, but I can't get much of a feel about them being 'tuner friendly'. The assistant there is pretty cool, but he doesn't run the show.
