I would try dropping the plug gap down to a .024 with a feeler gauge and don't touch the electrode part much if you can help it.

Stock turbos will spike quite bad if you are trying to hold higher boost in the upper RPM's.

Creep from WG will be a progressive thing that will go higher and higher with RPM.

I know an up graded actuator will help a ton with tapper which means you wont have to run such a big spike to keep the boost up till red line. My car has a FP actuator. The Forge looks like a nice peace but have no personal data feed back about it.

Is there any way to control boost spikes, say through the ecu? I set my ebc for a certain boost, yet it still wants to climb, problem seems to be only in 5th gear and for some reason 4th gear during the dyno day lol.

try turning the boost down some. have you messed with the gain or the set gain on the ebc?

Nope, only thing I've touched is actual boost setting, and the warning/boost limiter. Boost was set to the same as the last dyno day, 23.5psi.

Okay, I looked at the manual just saw how to adjust the gain settings. I'll have to wait till I come back from Korea to see if I can figure it out. As far as your FP wga, did you notice any postitive differences?

The ECU can control the stock BCS system. When you install an EBC you eliminate that system all together.
