I may drive down there for mine too when it's time. Lucas..you never make it out to Yakima do you?

On a side note, Lucas, can you do clutch and cams(including springs/retainers/studs) in 1 day?

Hey Kevindanger, this is Andrew at Illtech, I'm sure you remember me. I'm the one who ordered your new EGR part that you thought we broke. It's been here at my shop waiting to be put back in your car, so check your voicemail. And thanks for all the nice comments about us on this forum. See you around KK sometime.

Andrew, I think most of the sour feelings towards this shop stem from the employees that were there prior, some may still be there. The "business" doesnt decide how good the service is, its the customers. I tried to support Illtech when they started but I heard so many stories that I couldnt do it anymore. Theres no hard feelings just makes me wonder is all.

I like said before. I took the car back the next day and the shop turned me down saying it wasn't your fault. Came back the next day with more info that I had to dig on my own and still got turned away. It doesn't matter if you order the part or not you were still going to charge me the price you ordered, which wasn't that great of a deal like you said. I found another Mit dealer with a lower price on that item that beat your quote even with your discount. I have spent thousands of dollar there. Before you were even apart of it. I personly spread your business among the other car enthusiast that I came across. Say how you guys were the $hit. I was being patient with your shop and when I needed you the most you treated me like a red-headed step child.

Well said. As the employees at Illtech change and grow, so does the quality and service we can give to our customers. Of course people are going to talk about all the bad things going on, (just like the nightly news) but I invite everyone reading this to stop by and see the change in action. We can't run a shop without customers!
