A Ray of Hope for ILLTECH AUTO
so for those of you that know the problems know that i am not one a employee or in any way related or make any kind profit for this, but i wanted the northwest to know that things might be getting better with these guys. now on to my story and the reason of my post.
when i was deployed my car was initially at ILLTECH to have some stuff done while i was in the sandbox. long story short the car left to WORLDONE to have the rest of the mods happen, so i get back from iraq and cody tried to make things right and talk with me in person about how things went down, at first i blew this off until i went on leave and the last 10 miles of my drive, from washington to texas, the front left suspension started to make a odd thump noise that i first ignored as something i ran over that was stuck for a second, i pulled over and got under the car and of corse cant find anything, start to drive again and the nosie stoped at first, came back right after and i babied it all the way home and had it checked out that next morning. after haveing everythign checked out by a local shop once the flat bed got it over there they cam eto the suspension had blown out for some unknown reason. so i first called K sport and explained everything and they said that the department i had to talk to wasnt there this early and to call back later. after thinking it over i had to check the box and illtech as they sold me the suspension and installed it. after talking to cody he called them and talked with there warenty guy and when i called back it was all taken care of told that as soon as i could get the suspect strut off and throw it into a box i could get it fixed. only 2-3 days at the most for the turnaround and repair. so all in all i was a lil shocked.... just thought the northwest should know things might be changeing....just a lil FYI
