passed emissions

just did my obd2 license renewal in king county.

passed, only mods in that regard would be the small hks cams, and completely altering my fuel map. non related would be water injection, 9g 5 turbo, ported head, oversized valves.

the tests in WA state are,

overall obd
mil engine off
misfire
catalyst
oxygen sensor heater
readiness
mil engine off (? what is that)
fuel system
egr system
mil engine on
evaporative system
oxygen sensor
mil commanded on: no

managed to defeat my p0300 code for the time being by doing the following,
lowered low load timing and some high load
made sure that all piping and under body couldn't rattle.

lastly if you do have a problem with a code the wavier is, $150 spent in diagnosis and repair aimed at the problem. that is not to bad, just make sure that the shop has an emissions specialist

no problem, unless you have moved to bigger injectors your car is maintaining the cruise and idle that the state wants. they didn't even put a sniffer to the car, just the obd2 test.
you are correct in saying the car comes rich, but that is during high load driving and the obd2 doesn't look at those conditions.

once you start making "improvements" to the fuel system you may need to have the ecu flashed to adjust for out of limits sensors.
