installing coilovers

hey all i was wondering if you have to take out the back seats for installing the back coilovers? thnks

You'll need to open the trunk and remove the trunk liner (held in by pop rivets). After you remove that, you'll see the mounting bolts (3 on either side --- 14mm, I believe). That's the easy part. When you get the wheels off, you'll need to have a couple of stout 19mm sockets for the lower strut bolts. It can be a true test of strength if you don't have air tools (like me).

thank god for owning an rs..... I didn't have to remove anything. and to adjust I just have to pop my truck.

Dead on. I actually got holes cut over the trunk liner for my rear ones so I can adjust them as necessary.
