Uicp/licp

Anyone have any suggestions on an intake/uicp/licp setup? I looked at a couple, some taper off at the connections. I'm not sure if that will effect airflow or not.

ETS kits are awesome and you'd be supporting a local shop!

ive got a buschur uicp sitting in front of my fire place waiting to go on. i just cant be arsed to pull the front bumper off for something that won't have much of an effect by itself.

pretty sure the best ones are the ones that require either moving the battery to the trunk or using a mini-battery. they will eliminate the most bends. i know buschur's does, i think ETS's does, im not sure about AMS. Injen i know does not. Not sure about Nisei either.

ETS makes both styles, but I'm not sure if the UICP requires a different filter arrangement from stock.

Go with ETS, not only is it local, the parts are high quality, and the customer service is outstanding.

Thanks guys! We do offer both a stock battery and short route UICP for our mini battery kit or a trunk relocation. Our LICP is a full 2.5" for its entire length and makes the transition in the included turbo outlet to LICP coupler. Both UICP designs are significantly shorter than stock, 8" and 14" respectively, and use full 2.5" diameter piping all the way through. Check the kit out on our site here - http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/M...duct_info.html

And let me know if you have any questions!

Tom

ETS's UICP will not work with the stock filter with the longer route piping for sure. Short route piping doesn't look like it will work either but not sure.....

I'm not exactly sure, but when I saw pics there was a lot of tapering here and there.

Neither UICP will work with the stock airbox, but a quick K+N filter and MAF adapter swap will fix that. You can retain the stock intake tube if you prefer that!
