uicp dont affect the turbo they dont help or hurt so just upgrade the licp

 

i have the br upper and lower and i installed mine with the bumper on, you just have to take the lip off, without the bumper it might have been easier.
If you already took off your underpanel it shouldn't take you too long. I had to cut off one of my factory coupling because it had basically bonded itself to the factory piping.
