Good Exhaust/Welding shop in Seattle area

I am looking for a good reputable exhaust/welding shop in the Seattle area. I have a 3in testpipe and I want a mini muffler welded into it. Basically it will use the same vibrant muffler AMS uses on thier resonated testpipe but will fit stock location 2 bolt flanged exhausts. I am looking for somebody that has reasonable rates as this should be a quick and simple task. I have heard one of the people at Pina can weld very good. Any other reccomendations? Also I included a picture of what I want. I already have the muffler and testpipe, just need the welding done.

Do you know what W1 charges for that type of labor? Also do you know if either Pina or W1 would charge a full hr worth of labor to weld just a resonator in a testpipe. I would assume it only takes 20-30min.

Yes I realize they have websites ....I know W1 charges a flat rate of $100. I was wondering for more feedback on if they charge a min. of one hour even if the fabrication takes 20min. I don't usually get off work in time to call them or I would.

OIC I would call andre and find out, Im not sure and there arent enough people who use andre on here to really give you feedback on his rates.

i couldnt really quote about labor rates as wayde built it as a side project and sold it. I would say ask wayde to see if he can do it real quick as a side thing..im sure he will hook it up
