Is there a rule where you have to have a sick a$$ kit or anything like that on the evo? Like it has to be all riced out? I would like to go but i dont think my car is nice enough....i do have a nice engine bay complete with all ETS stuff..... The car is almost finished and should be ready by HIN.

You won't win anything unless it's been riced out. Most of these events don't care about practical power/mods unless it looks pretty
