GSR/SE/RS/MR is all same on IX same seat.. but SE have red stitches (edition)... MR only have 6 speed.. and Blisten suspesion plus alum roof... RS is no power windows n locks, no Spoiler, no radio (have wire rendy for cd player hook up), Alum roof and no ABS... SE is have Red stitches on seats, Alum roof and HID headlights. but same GSR...
GSR/SE is great car for any time and Track too.
RS is great car too for perfect Track car and DD too..
Evo VIII are diffrent than IX... Evo VIII have Blue n black Cloths seats.. only SSL (sound, sunroof and leather package) have whole leather with HID kit.. that all i know..
GSR or RS best for you ya my man. but SE is nice too but cost more package than RS/GSR but RS is cheaper.. but GSR would be fine with you ya

i thought that the GSR had just plain leather seats and the SE had the one with the suede inserts like the MR minus the red stitching.
I don't want an RS cause it doesn't have power anything. And don't care much for the bilsteins on the MR cause thats prolly gonna get upgraded anyway.

oh, I didn't know that. Then a GSR without SSL is full game. I'm not a big fan of a sunroof either. I drove one with a sunroof and there wasn't much headroom, I'd be rubbing with a helmet on.
I hate sunroof.. if u rollover.. glass shatter on you.. i seen all car addicent.. some lucky and some not so lucky., glass can cut ur blood vein on neck and glass in your eyes.. etc.. im voluteer firefighter for Hayden Station 17 in Portland oregon... for 7 years
I feel the same - just more weight and something else to break. But some love them, to each his own.
not hating on it, just not a big fan of it. Red however, I am hating on, I think the Evo, especially the IX, looks ugly in red. I'd only buy a red one if it was selling for like 15k and was really clean with low miles, so in other words, I wouldn't buy a red one.
