Park Place is an ok place. They can get away with some of the crap they do because of proximity to certain businesses, but i don't find them any better/worse than 90% of the dealerships on the 405 corridor between Bothell and Renton.

It is a 4 cylinder go cart with a Celica motor in it. Just because Lotus does make exotics doesn't mean everything they make is one. You can pick up an Elise for around 30k that is not an exotic price car.
I think that it is you that are not educated not Ryon.
Next time you come on evom for the soul purpose of bragging, at least have something cool to brag about. Because no one thinks you are cool just because you bought an Elise.... but hey it was worth a try.
And that's the only reason you posted here was to brag. Because on lotus talk you would just be another newbie lotus owner. Here you thought everyone would sackride you cause you bought an "exotic" car. I may be uneducated but you're a bag of douche. At least I can educate myself. You can buy an Elise for 30k used.. you can buy an old Lambo for the same price to if you look around. But I guess that makes it nothing more then a mustang with a body kit to you? I hate to say lotus build by toyota.. and same motor from celica.. it not big glorious. but they are nice car and good track car.. but will see.. ill whoop ur lotus on lapping....

You're an idiot, its power to weight ratio, then all I gotta do is throw in a turbo/supercharger and I'd smoke most Evo's on the forum. Elise/Exige are out of box race cars ment for circuit and autox. They are also hand made true to the Lotus name.. man are you uneducated.. not an exotic..

Sup Codgi, well Park Place monopolizes on having exotics so not much you can do about it except drive out of state to get something you want. I actually got a pretty decent deal, they dropped 4k off the original price along with a hard top, stage two exhaust system, lotus racing rims, Advan tires, Lotus upgraded suspension system. This spring I'm ordering a 400whp turbo kit from Forcefed and getting Exige upgrades. I love my new job.
Is the kid in the White Evo X with the fast and furious decals on Fort Lewis here on the forums?

Bolt a turbo or supercharger on most stuff and it will smoke "most" evos. I like how you used "most" to save your dumb @ss. God forbid the day you lose to something on the street you will have an excuse for all your buddies swinging from your n#ts.
And ok they're handmade but they still have a toyota motor in it. It's like Lotus said, now that we spent all this time on "handbuilding" this car, F it lets just throw whatever motor in it. Thats not saying very much. But if you read my post I also didn't say that "lotus" wasn't exotic, I said an Elise wasn't exotic.

This is cazy stuff, but good reads. I'd have to say though, between an elise and and evo, I'd have to go with the evo (and I did). Buying an everyday AWD 300 + HP/TQ car which can be drivin in just about any weather condition and is also considered a family car to some is definitely a lower/mid aged guys dream who isn't a millionaire and is planning for kids in the near future. Having said that, everyone has their own taste in everything and that includes cars; my good buddy wouldn't even dream of buying an evo, but hey, he's still a good buddy of mine now matter what he has to say about my import. However, I wouldn't expect to login to an evo forum and expect much love for trading in your evo for an elise.

<<<Grabs the popcorn...nice read. I like the Elises although I would prefer an exige...I would say they are on par with s2k's from what I have seen at the track. Too bad I can't fit in neither...nice cars though.
