same here, but i don't think getting people to show will be to much a problem.

the money is up front.

so far not many people have expressed interest. In order for me to be able to do this I would need enough drivers and for them to pay in advance.

I am also looking for people to assist in running the event. Tech checkers, corner workers, track masters. Anyone interested in being a part of this effort chime in.

As a matter of security, in case expenses climb, I'm thinking fifty drivers at two hundred each.

I tell you what, lets do this, lets say there is anywhere from two hundred to a thousand dollars left over after all is said and done. We give that to Childrens Hospital. A name will be drawn from a hat and that person can claim the charity deduction.

 

I'll leave this up till the end of the month and then forget it if I don't have the drivers.

The subie forum has about ten guys interested in the last week. A mid Oregon car club might have a few drivers too. If you are interested in driving on March 15th or the 22nd post up.
I know some of you posted some interest earlier, please PM me.

I'd like to thank all the guys who wanted to go, and apologize to them for not having a better campaign to get this thing going.

as of now, just not enough interest to make it happen and the pm-ing has been so sparse, the trend isn't going to make it.

nevertheless, lets all have fun and track safely this upcoming season.
