Thanks all... I'm just bummed I don't get to beat the **** out of the guy. I could care less about the phone and ID and CCs and stuff... that can all be fixed as can the car... but I want some revenge for hurting my car.

I say we bait the SOB with my EVO again, and a 100 bill on the dash. When he steps up, we bust him down!
