Thanks for the warm welcome! (especially ImportJake and his EB hawtness).
Ordered a Forge MBC in black and some flashy floor mats (touge factory GB).
And am in talks with Aaron at English about setting up a dyno tune. Joey R will be assisting me with changing all fluids and a nice cleaning.....
Glad the NW group is a friendly bunch! Cant wait to see you guys once I get the niggling issues of the car worked out.

If I get along with Joey and he hates your guts then I know you'll like me! Seriously, its a car forum... dont take it too seriously!
It really depends on the services to be performed. I work out of my garage, but generally use better chemicals than you'd find at a detail shop (3m, Porter cable, Griots Garage and/or Pinnacle).
Generally its between $150-200 and takes about 8-10 hours. I dont make much money off it when you consider ~$50-60 in chemicals per car, tools/equipment and about $10 per hour for labor.
Some car's I've detailed:

Joey R's EB VIII
**note that due to lighting and time of day the color is different, however there wasnt any photoshop or post-production work done on these images.
