Yes, it's a necessity to bring along a second set of underwear when driving your EVO with summer tires on in the snow.

ive done like 4 winters now on summer tires in the srt-4 wouldn't recommend it! However if you drive slow enough and time all stops so you don't actually have to stop you might make it hahah

And you bring a second or even third set of underwear...you need one also for your friend in the passenger seat!

You're lucky...no 18in steelies for my EVO X unless I want to pay some very big bucks...therefore, I bought cheap rims that I can change whenever...bought good tires (Blizzaks same as you) as my life depends on those up here in Canadaland.

I was looking at the Blizzaks...but was wondering if anyone was running the michelin arctic alpins?
I've used the Michelins for the last 2 winters.. I drove everywhere, everyday in that nasty crap last year.. Even did a 3-point turn around, on a steep hill, in downtown Everett last year with an inch of ice on the road... Probably didn't hurt that I had all four seats full of adults..!
