Was that white evo that made 750 plus hp strickly a track car? If not how does it keep from sucking stuff up onto the exposed turbo opening in the front of the grill?

We all wondered the same thing, someone said he had a plate to cover the opening to the front facing turbo, also, he's selling that car, check craigslist, he needed numbers for a quick sale! :P

He's got a plate that goes in the vent to cover the turbo. But he didn't put it on yesterday when him n I left and drove our cars 2hours back to olympia.

Those hondas were sick and the graphs were insane!

The guy with the white evo showed me the plate - it is cut to go directly over the mesh on the front of the bumper directly in front of the inlet of that turbo. Basically the turbo is sucking in air from everywhere except directly in front of it. Still scary, IMO!

I think I'll put a B20, bore and stroke 2.1L Long Rod with darton sleeves and a Stage 3 port and polish B18C VTEC head with a TS 4094 on 40psi in my EVO! Bring on the street devil!

No, what's scary is we're almost done with another evo8 that is almost a mirror setup to this one with minor differences in parts, but same turbo n manifold

Those Speed factory cars were sick indeed! Gave me a whole new respect for big, not even sure if big is the right word, GIANT turbo hondas.

Ya but if you did.... What block you running? Stroke bore? r/s? Thanks. I miss my hondas Doesn't stock vs stock the B16 head flows better than a GSR head! The ports are a bit larger but the GSR head has more meat for a port job therefor the end result of porting would be better with a GSR.

Why are you posting, but we haven't seen the graphs?

That manifold was crazy. I'd prefer my dump going down instead of up but I suppose you gotta strut!

I gave Ricky the .drfs so we can have graphs posted on multiple boards. The Hondas were CRAZY. Good thing we have Bub, Kevin, and Steve to help hold them down.

You don't like flames coming out the hood Dan? I would dig that till a cop saw it, but then I would prob have bigger problems to worry about.
