Once upon a time...
... John, aka AznEvoIX, posted up a completely inappropriate thread offering to give away a knock off Evo wing. Being a connoisseur of crap, I contacted him and arranged to acquire the wing for nefarious purposes. I promised I would post pictures when it was done, then promptly forgot...
... 4 or 5 hundred times....
So without further ado, only 8 months late, and with apologies for the crappy facebook pictures:

We chopped about 14" out of the center of the wing and taped it back together with aerospace tape.

Dude, you want to know what is so much fun, its hornet racing!!
I used to do hornets, and stinger 8's for a while.
The only guy out there not giving a fudge, rocking a automatic Ford Escort wagon. She didn't handle so good on the hornet tracks, but man I could drive the crap outta that thing around the 8.

The car's in surprisingly good shape!
And the attention to detail in putting the mesh over the front and the quality paint job on the numbers definately makes this more of a daily-driver/chick-magnet than a lemons car.

The mesh over the grill was done by the rednecks we bought the car from. It's something of a necessity when racing on dirt/clay.
Every panel on the car is altered except the roof. Most of the altering was done by me, using one of two weapons: A BFH or a Sawzall. If anyone needs body work done on their Evo...
