Pacific GP Lapping Days
No passing at all. They try to space you out enough that you don't catch each other but you'll occassionally get held up by slower drivers. If the course control guys sees it, he'll wave a blue passing flag at the slow guy so that'll he'll pull off course to let faster traffic by. However, since he's positioned at the end of the straight and the course exit is at the beginning of the straight, you'll be stuck behind the slower car for a full lap. When you register, try to get put in a group with faster cars/drivers if you have track experience. When I ran last time, everyone was pretty even except for a BMW 1 series that joined our run group late and was significantly slower than the rest of us.

Looks really tight. LOL, I watched the video of a couple of NSX's going around. They are horrible!
And driving around lap after lap without hitting one apex will only make them more horrible if nobody is there to teach them what they are doing wrong.

this one nsx thats there all the time is faster than me, i think its totally stock. this one weather forecast is saying no rain, dont know. trying to get josh to come tomorrow, he cant make the AM, hopefully he can do the afternoon.
There are two NSX's in the area that are regulars at PR as well as a highly modified red Noble M400. I don't think theres an evo in this area that would run quicker times than the red NSX mentioned above or that Noble on the road course itself. Used to be a carbon widebody all motor NSX that had one of the fastest times their as well. Not sure if he still has the car though as I haven't seen it in awhile nor been to PR in almost a year.

Doh! Where did he catch air? I've been wrenching on the car all day so wouldn't have made it anyways even if the weather was nice. Did you guys see any dry track time at all today? Anyone planning on heading back tomorrow to see the real Pastrana and friends?
