I'm out for the alfa day. I'm going to the proformance day the day before the alfa event. Paul convinced me to try the proformance days at the PGP event a while ago.

Which one? The one on the 20th in Portland or the 23rd at Pacific? If Pacific, why not do both? I have a guest room at my place in Auburn you could crash in.

Cool, I'm signed up too - see you there. To clear up any confusion, this is at PR, June 22.

I'll be at the Alfa evening on the 23rd, and probably Proformance in July and August.

Just wanted to chime in that getting the neccessary ducting for these cost me less than $50 including shipping. This is a really good setup, especially for the cost!

Cant wait until it comes in the mail and I get the full setup fully opperational.

I'd definitely take you up on the offer if I could spare the time for two track days next week. Say hi to Jason in the white STI for me. Have fun smoking people at the alfa day.

yup, CL RC6 pads. They make an unholy squeal at low speed/light pedal pressure on the street. But they do have good cold, wet bite. Haven't gotten on them in anger yet, they are definitely more responsive to pedal force than the Pagid RS29s I've been running.

Fix indeed, I got in 200 miles even though I missed half of one session and quit the last one 15 minutes early.

For those who are interested in the CL RC6 track pads, they worked great, but probably no better than any of the other good track pads. Pad wear looks reasonable though I didn't measure before and after. And the abuse I dished out knocked the squeal out of them on the street - we'll see how long that lasts.

I went out to PR Wed evening (Alfa evening lapping) to check out jid2's wing. There was a nice compliment of Evos, jid2, caeser, roninviirs, and a couple others. I trust you guys got your track fix!

Just talked to the g/f's brother (black R32) and said the track day went well, minus some gravel in turn 2 and a few cars getting towed off the track.

Here is a small video from the proformance day. Figured out my go-pro goes threw batteries faster then the Evo goes through gas.

hey guys, the NSX, was that a dump pipe?

reason I ask, I want to get a good muffler with maybe a cut out... back towards the rear. Don't think I could handle as much noise as that car though. With the cut out in the back would it still be that loud?

I enjoyed the two sessions. Between the NSX and the nascars it was dodge the fast loud cars.

^it shouldn't be if done properly. A lot of the noise in our cars is due to the hfc or test pipe right under the cabin. Just going from a HFC to a resonated 3" pipe on my car quieted things down quite a bit. If I put a full on 3" muffler there it would be even better.

Mikey has a dump up front that he claims isn't too bad. I have yet to ride in his car, but it is loud on the outside (of course, he says my car is loud on the outside, so there ya go).

^^^ Looking good. Did you run in 'A' group? Get a chance to play with the NSX or the black C6?
