In the Netherlands they have multiple cameras... and SPEED cameras at that. we found out how they worked within 4 minutes of being on the roadways. We got lit up like a Christmas tree. I think there were at least 4 to 5 cameras. Side shots, rear shots, front shots...insane.

I think I remember first hearing about speed cameras in Europe when I was in high school! nasty stuff, and passive speed vehicles that take your pic as you pass them. blech!

They're just ugly in general, not part of the original designer's intent. I think Mitsu did an awesome job especially on the IX's on the bumper/headlight design, the plate looks like a cheap add on every time.
I agree 100%. For me, it just takes away from the natural beauty of the front end. I just can't bring myself to mount it on there. Plus I think I lost the bracket anyways. Watch now I'm going to get pulled over on the way home tonight...

The petition creator, Joe Kaitschuck, is an old (now ex) friend and that petition has been up for a few years without success of any kind.

Unfortunately thats not going anywhere and regardless of signatures it wont change anything.

Sorry to burst the bubble.

Honestly the best argument as far as reasoning to WA state gov is on the cost-benefit side. Especially during a time of budget deficit.

The reasoning for issuing 1 license TAB was cost savings of 50% (cause 2 stickers cost more than 1!), imagine the cost savings to the state for producing 1/2 of the plates and charging the same!

BRILLIANT!

I got one of these tickect once when I had my VW R32 took it to court argued it and won.
First of all the cop was a total dick flipped a uey and came chasing after me just to give me a no front licence ticket. I went to court and argued that my vehicle did not come with a front licence plate from the dealership (Maybe because I specifically instructed them not to install it) and that there was no place to install the front licence plate without damaging the bumper, brought up this piece of legal information (look below) and won simple as that.

Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 46.16.240 states in part, "The vehicle
license number plates shall be attached conspicuously at the front and
rear of each vehicle . . . PROVIDED HOWEVER, that in cases where the
body construction of the vehicle is such that compliance with this
section is impossible, permission to deviate there from may be granted
by the state patrol. . . ."

I was told that a FP RED was too big for road racing, so i bought an FP BLACK!

2.0 4G63 Long Rod, Manley stroker Pistons, Manley 156mm rods, Cosworth M2, Dual Springs, JMF o2 Dump, Tanabe 3" turbo Back, Quartermaster Twin Disk Clutch, Brake Cooling ducts, Ferodo 2500, DBA Rotors, Mustache Bar, LW Cross Member, AEM-EMS, 1350 FIC, Lots of bushings and Swift R Springs and oh yeah FP BLACK

I thought this was kindof funny look at the number sighned

They should have a petition for changing the modified exhaust law back to the 95 decibel rule instead of what it is now =/
