Well its fixed, big thanks to TurboTim06 who pulled up my tune, shook his head, and put it back to stock. Not really what the previous owner did, but it was goofy, boost duty cycles were all turned down. Looks like everything is back to normal, car runs great, and pulls like it should.

Haha well damn, you were right odd still, wonder why WGDC was turned down. Doesn't seem normal at all.

 

Yes it was very odd WGDC was turned down to around 65% all the way through the rpm range...I don't know why a tuner would do that when switching to a MBC ...problem solved though

And yea no problem Chris yea definitely funny to see my exact came car come rollin up to my house this morning keep me updated for autocross this coming spring
