Fireworks Casualty

Neighbors lit off an M80; Buddy, jumped a 6' fence and ran so far he rubbed his pads raw. We are lucky to find him. Even luckier that he didn't get run over by a car!

Sorry to hear about the ordeal... Hopefully at new years you will put him in a closet with a white noise machine and some good drugs.

Patriotic vet!

Scared the crapola outta me when all I saw was the title and a pic of Buddy! Hope he gets better soon!

At least he wasn't like one of his brothers and ran in to a car (not the car running into him). Built like a football player I guess, cause he was just fine, unlike the rear quarter panel of the car!

Other poopies were fine with the fireworks, but maybe that's because they're in a big pack and they think nothing of anything and everything.

Very nice looking pup.

Terrible to hear about that.

Having fun and using Fireworks is great.

But if you are in a neighbor hood where houses are next to each other, and everyone is out grilling and stuff with their families, illegal Fireworks should not be used.

I say illegal, because here in Florida, anything that flyes and explodes is thought to be not legal for public use.

Everyone should take in cosideration their neighbors, property such as house and cars, and family such as pets and kids.

Last year my neighbors had a blast shooting up their Fireworks in the street, but the next day I got up and the moldings on my Evo where burned up by their Fireworks.

I hope your neighbors are more carefull next time.

Wishing for a speedy recovery of your friend .

Here in the Sunshine State, you can get a 1000.00 fine or 1 year in jail for been cough.

That's sad to see. My dogs pads got ripped off about 2 months ago while on a run (dirt trail). I put him in socks for about a week or so, and also put this weird stuff on his feet. Fireworks are fun, but people should leave the big ones that go boom for the local show
