Sorry to sort of necro-bump this, but I just failed one of these with my Evo with a catless TBE. No visual, no sniffer, just the OBD.

Car had been sitting for a good long while (months) and I had to replace the battery since it would no longer hold a charge. Maintenance is current, however.

Catalyst
Oxygen Sensor
Oxygen Sensor Heater

came up as 'Not Ready'.

I also have a tune from English. Question would be is this just something I need to go through a drive cycle to fix or do I need to find a tactrix cable?

Hey guys I have been running a TBE since the day I bought the car with a cat-delete. So no emission testing equipment at ALL. Took an emissions test and failed it. A mechanic friend of mine suggested I try a product called EnviroTabs -- does many things for the engine but one of them is lowers emissions up to 99.7%. I ran these for two tanks, went back and passed the emissions test without issue.
