Exhaust flanges in Portland

Does anyone know of a place in Portland that sells 3" exhaust flanges? I'd also buy them from someone if you've got a couple laying around.

The purpose is so I can have my high-flow cat welded in for deq. If anyone happens to have a hfc that's already welded to flanges that I could put inplace of my test pipe I'd be interested in buying it. heck, I'd rent it from you to pass deq.

order some V Band Clamps works best and you wont have to measure and make sure that holes are lined up
