Exhaust Flange Measurements

Hello,

I am trying to get a couple exhaust flanges made so that I can replace my test pipe with a HFC for emissions. I have the eBay 3" TBE exhaust. Does anyone happen to know what the dimensions of the eBay exhaust flanges is? The main thing I am looking for is the space between the center of the two bolt holes and the total length of the flange.

Any help would be appreciated!!

Where can I find one of those for "just a few bucks?" Everything I found via a google search was over $100.

a ruler would be fine for that measurement, no need for a micrometer. You'll have to unbolt it though.

If you have a true 3" exhaust, the flange will be pretty standard. Just tell them you need a two bolt 3" flange and it should fit fine.

Well I know that is one option, I was just hoping someone might have one laying around so that I don't have to unbolt it. If I have to it wont be the end of the world though.

Thanks a lot man! That is exactly what I was hoping for. What kind of dp is that? Doesn't happen to be the eBay version is it? If not, it is at least a good starting point.

I am asking all these questions because a friend of mine works at a metal machine shop and can just cut these out with their CNC machine. He just needs specific measurements.

Thanks again!

I don't remember which dp I bought, it's been laid up in the garage for a couple years now, but it was one of the popular brands at the time. It's a true 3". I just measured a gasket for the Greddy 80mm exhaust system, and it measures about 4 1/2" centerline to centerline of the bolt holes. These things are pretty much shelf items, they're pretty generic and won't be dependent on manufacturers. A two bolt 3" flange is going to have pretty standard measurements
