dustin, they do have valid reasons for thier feelings towards this. you cant expect everyone to be able to make a meeting with only a weeks notice. and you have to admit that you handled your self poorly to everyones response. we would all like to make progress with the club, but we will go further into details at the the meeting on the 24th. lets work together on this and not against each other. hope to see everyone on the 24th.

So too bad if you don't have the audience you so crave at a meeting that you made up and expected the rest of us to attend.

Jon= leader/ decison maker in absence of group will
Rick= Lieutenant
Everybody else- votes democratically and then does what they can to make the decision happen. [/B]
Ok this is how i look at it.... No one else trys to plan anything in this group... If you look back at every thred posted since september about a meeting or get to gether it has been posted by Dustin or I.. And I do have to say that Im tired of putting a lot of effort into something that no one else really cares about....

So as of now I will do what my title is as Seceratary and just take notes.. Since thats all people seem to want me to do....

Well, the thing is also, that with as many people as we have in the club, we already know how hard it is to plan something with everyone's schedules in mind. It's almost impossible to set up a meeting in a week's time, and that's exactly what happened here. It's not that people aren't trying to be productive, but sometimes you can't be productive even at meetings, which we all know as well.

Looking at this meeting, the best thing that could've been done was for one side to meet and get some info down. Then of course next weekend the other side can meet, look at the info from this meeting, and then we can come together and get things worked out.

I'm hoping that's what went on so we can look things over this coming weekend and then get together as a whole and make some decisions based on what we all inputted in the matter.

just wondering if there were any notes on club stuff or if it was just venting. either way i'm sure at the meeting on the 24th we'll get some club related stuff acomplished, and assign certain duties to willing indivisuals. are we meeting an hour ahead of time for officers to discuss whats on the agenda?
